What are the different purchase options?

1.) Single/One-time Purchase Order: You can purchase our Products on a single/one- time order basis, without commitment. This option can be selected at the time of purchase for any of our product offerings found on our website.

2.) Subscription Services: We offer a subscription service of 3, 6 and 12-month subscription plans for the recurring deliveries of our products (a “Beauty Box Subscription”). Our offerings in a Beauty Box Subscription and available plans are described on our Website at the time of purchase and are subject to change at any time prior to purchase. By ordering our Beauty Box Subscription, you agree that early termination will result in being charged the full retail value (minus payment thus far) for those Products you received, in accordance with our Cancellation section, below. In other words, you will incur a fee that will equal the retail (non-discounted) value (minus the amount you've already paid) for the number of months you received product.

3.) Month-to-Month Services: You may opt to receive products on a month-to-month subscription with no contract (the “MTM Plan”). You may designate how often you’d like a product to be sent to you (i.e. every month, every two months, every 6 months, etc.). The MTM Plan and the specific terms will be in accordance with the up-to-date information on our Website.

What do I do if my tracking shows “Delivered” but I have not received my order?

Please contact our support team at hello@savocore.com and we will make sure your products ASAP. Please note that if you recently made an address change just prior to a non-delivery issue, and it was not made 14 days prior to your next order date, Savocore is not responsible for any non-delivered orders.

When will my order ship?

Order processing can take up to five business days before your order is shipped. These times can fluctuate depending on weather, Covid19 procedures, and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.

How can I change my Address?

You can log in to your account at www.savocore.com and then click on “Delivery Address” to update your address. Please note, your address change must occur 14 days prior to the shipment of your next order or we cannot guarantee nor will be responsible for orders that do not arrive at the new address.

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind our products 100%, and we want you to have a great experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your Products, or our Products arrive to you damaged, we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange it for another item, at your discretion. For unsatisfactory or damaged products, we do not require you to return that Product, and you are free to keep or throw the Product(s) away. In the event that you keep and use a defective or unsatisfactory Product, you do so at your own risk. If you are unsatisfied with our Products or received a damaged or defective Product, please contact our customer support team at hello@savocore.com and be sure to provide your order and receipt of purchase. We will respond to all such requests as soon as possible.

If you were injured in any way from use of our Products, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible for assistance at returns@savocore.com. Our customer service team will provide with you a Return Authorization Number (“RMA”) and we will pay for your return shipment to our warehouse. We ask that you work with us during this process so that we can investigate the cause and any other variables that lead to your injury. Further details will be provided by our customer service team. We take all such allegations seriously and will handle your any such claims of injury in an expedited fashion.  

Savocore is not obligated to include a refund of any shipping and handling charges except for the return of a Product that caused you injury. If you choose to be reimbursed for a Product for any reason, as opposed to receiving a new Product, you will only be reimbursed the charge of that Product, minus shipping and handling.

Cancellations

Month-to-Month:

Month-to-month subscriptions (without term commitment) can be canceled at any time without penalty. However, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next charge date, or we cannot guarantee that you will not incur another monthly charge and that you will not receive another order.

3, 6 and 12-month subscription:

You may cancel your Beauty Box Subscription at any time prior to fourteen (14) days before the invoice date (the “Cancellation Cutoff”). If cancellation occurs after the Cancellation Cutoff, the cancellation will be processed for the next scheduled invoice. However, if you cancel prior to the end date of the initial subscription period that you agreed to, you will be charged the full retail value for those Products as the reduced amounts charged are based on the assumption that you will continue your Beauty Box Subscription for the duration of the subscription period. You are responsible for all charges with respect to an untimely cancellation and those Products you receive cannot be returned.

Cancelation of any 3, 6, or 12-month subscription will incur a fee that will equal the retail (non-discounted) value (minus the amount you've already paid) for the products purchased. For example, if you cancel your 6-month subscription after just three months, you will owe the discount value amount of each month of the three months combined. Cancellations for these subscriptions must be made at least 14 days prior to your next charge date or we cannot guarantee that you will not incur another regular monthly subscription charge and that you will not receive another order.

What happens if my credit card declines?

By providing a credit card, you represent and warrant that you authorize us to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for your purchase of a Beauty Box Subscription or any of our Products. You agree that you are responsible to pay for and will pay for all such charges. If you have signed up for a subscription and your payment is denied, Savocore will make an additional two attempts over the course of the following days. If the transaction still fails, you will be responsible for fee of $50.00 which is not a penalty but rather is a ‘liquidated damages’ for our reasonable administrative costs in contacting you for new payment. Failure to keep a valid payment method does not constitute cancellation of a Beauty Box Subscription and your subscription will continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Gift Subscriptions

For Gift Subscriptions, the subscription will NOT be renewed after the then-current term expires. You cannot cancel a Gift Subscription and the pre-paid fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
