c. Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your Products, or our Products arrive to you damaged, we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange it for another item, at your discretion. For unsatisfactory or damaged products, we do not require  you to return that Product, and you are free to keep or throw the Product(s) away. In the event that you keep and use a defective or unsatisfactory Product, you do so at your own risk. If you are unsatisfied with our Products or received a damaged or defective Product, please contact our customer service team at hello@savocore.com and be sure to provide your order and receipt of purchase. We will respond to all such requests as soon as we can.

If you were injured in any way from use of our Products, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible for assistance at returns@savocore.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (“RMA”) and we will pay for your return shipment to our warehouse. We ask that you work with us during this process so that we can investigate the cause and any other variables that lead to your injury. Further details will be provided by our customer service team. We take all such allegations seriously and will handle your any such claims of injury in an expedited fashion.

Savocore is not obligated to include a refund of any shipping and handling charges except for the return of a Product that caused you injury. If you choose to be reimbursed for a Product for any reason, as opposed to receiving a new Product, you will only be reimbursed the charge of that Product, minus shipping and handling.

d. Cancellation Policy

Instructions for cancelling your subscription are found in your Beauty Box Subscription page on our Website and can also be done by sending an email to cancel@savocore.com with your subscription details including but not limited to name, address, plan type, and any other information requested by us. The initial monthly recurring charges for your subscription will be set forth during the purchase process.The amount you are charged may vary depending on the preferences you select and may be adjusted in accordance with these Terms. You may cancel your Beauty BoxSubscription at any time prior to fourteen (14) days before the invoice date(the “Cancellation Cutoff”). If cancellation occurs after the CancellationCutoff, the cancellation will be processed for the next scheduled invoice. You hereby acknowledge and agree that your Beauty Box Subscription involves substantial work by Savocore before your shipment is shipped and that fourteen(14) days is a reasonable notice time given the manufacturing and shipping process by Savocore and that failure to provide notice by the CancellationCutoff will result in damages to Savocore. If you are enrolled in a Beauty BoxSubscription and cancel your plan prior to the end date of the initial subscription period that you agreed to, you will be charged the full retail value for those Products as the reduced amounts charged are based on the assumption that you will continue your Beauty Box Subscription for the duration of the subscription period. You are responsible for all charges with respect to an untimely cancellation and those Products you receive cannot be returned. You expressly acknowledge and permit Savocore to charge your credit card or other form of payment the difference between the lower price and retail value of those Products due to an early termination of a Beauty Box Subscription.
