ORDERS
All online orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered within fourteen (14) business days from when the order was placed and if available in stock. All shipping and handling charges, if any, will be shown as an additional cost to the sum of product(s) total after taxes, and will be charged at the point of purchase before final checkout at an applicable rate(s) in accordance to the point of final shipping destination. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, or eliminate shipping and handling charges but will provide written notice of this to you when you make a purchase. We reserve the right to change our method or courier of shipping to you without notice. If you are entitled to receive free shipping on an order, you will be notified at the time of purchase on our Website.
Currently, we only ship to the 50 states within the United States. We are not shipping orders to destinations outside of the United States at this time.
In order to best serve you, we rely on select third-party suppliers to get our goods into your home in an effective and efficient manner. Sometimes, mistakes happen along the way beyond our control. If you receive your order and are unhappy with the condition in which the products have arrived, contact hello@savocore.com along with photos of your package to verify damage and we’ll gladly address the issue at hand and offer a replacement if applicable.
For product(s) that cause an injury or adverse reaction, contact hello@savocore.comto issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization), in order to send the product back and receive a full refund if applicable.
We highly recommend carefully reviewing your order prior to checkout. Once you complete your order, in efforts our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, your orders are processed immediately. Customers have a 10-minute window to cancel orders once placed, asa result. After that time, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once submitted.
Where required by the state legislature, Savocore collects state and local sales tax and is subject to change as taxation laws are updated. The actual taxes charged are calculated based on the order’s shipping address, and is applied to the subtotal and shipping charges (if applicable).
Savocore products are currently available exclusively online at www.savocore.com.
Out of stock items will be immediately replenished as soon as new inventory is received from our supplier. Any back-orders will automatically process and ship once items are back in stock.
Occasionally shipping can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as significant weather or the impact of Covid19. We ask that our customers have patience and understanding during these times.
If you discover that your product is lost or missing,please contact our support team at hello@savocore.com and we will be sure to get areplacement order shipped out to you ASAP. If the missing order is due to aninaccurate address or the update of an address occuring after our orderprocessing has began, Savocore is not responsible for replacing the order.
